How to avoid the deformation of the parts in CNC machining?

 

  CNC machined parts are easily deformed, not only waste of financial resources, material resources, but also waste our energy, Eastar CNC parts manufacturers how to avoid this problem, we suggest that it should be prevented in advance. One of the structural features of the sleeve parts is that the wall thickness of the hole is thinner. In the process of the thin-walled parts, the deformation is often caused by the clamping force, cutting force and thermal deformation. In order to prevent deformation during machining, some technological measures are often adopted.

 

  A. To reduce the influence of cutting force and heat, roughing and finishing are carried out separately, so that the deformation caused by roughing can be corrected in finishing.

 

  B. Reduce the influence of clamping force. Take the following measures in process to reduce the influence of clamping force:

1. When the radial clamping is used, the clamping force should not be concentrated on a certain radial section of the work piece, but it should be distributed on a larger area to reduce the clamping force on the unit area of the work piece. If the work piece can be installed in an open ring with a suitable thickness, it is clamped together with the ring. The special claw can also be used to increase the contact area. Open hole mandrel clamping should be adopted when positioning holes.

2, the position of clamping force should be selected in parts with stronger rigidity, so as to improve the deformation of thin-walled parts under the action of clamping force.

3, change the direction of clamping force, and change radial clamping to axial clamping.

4, CNC machining on the work piece to strengthen the rigidity of the process convex or technological thread to reduce the clamping deformation, processing with the special structure of the claw clamps, machining end to cut off the edge.
